At Native Places we’re set to embark on an exciting phase of expansion and revitalisation, unveiling new spaces and projects that underscore our commitment to innovation and the guest experience.
With the announcement of our new Native property in Fulham, London, and the completion of significant renovations at Native Glasgow, we’re elevating the stay experience to new heights. These developments follow the much-awaited opening of Native King’s Wardrobe, St Paul’s, scheduled for April 2024. In the terrace houses that enclose the courtyard sits 92 apartments, from studios to spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments, some with breath-taking views of the 17th Century Cathedral from their terrace. The property will feature Counter, a vibrant neighbourhood space for discovering the city and locals to take a break from the race, creating soul-nourishing bites by day and offering liquid therapy by night. We offer a curation of cultural events to keep our guests entertained, embodying the essence of community and connection.
In line with our dedication to offering freedom and flexibility for extended stays, Native Fulham Broadway will mark the eighth aparthotel in our growing portfolio and the fifth in the bustling capital. The concept for Native Fulham Broadway draws inspiration from the area’s rich market traditions and the vibrant atmosphere of West Brompton. In collaboration with the award-winning design studio YOUTH, the design reflects a vision that integrates its eclectic surroundings, fostering an immersive connection with the community.
Native Places remains dedicated to preserving the high design standard across our existing portfolio. Native Glasgow is in the process of undergoing a complete renovation to enhance our guest’s experience. The redesigned space brings comfort, style and art deco pieces, reflecting our commitment to creating modern and aesthetically designed space while honouring each building’s heritage and identity.
The remarkable success of Native Places has fuelled our determination to expand further across the UK. Olivia Immesi, our CEO, expresses her excitement, stating, “This is a very exciting time for Native Places as we expand operations further across the UK. The future of aparthotels worldwide, particularly in the UK, is significant, with the demand for longer stays is one of the fastest-growing sectors within the hospitality industry.”
Our aparthotel offers the freedom and flexibility of a local apartment with the comfort and convenience of a boutique hotel, surpassing the traditional hotel experience. We cater to interesting people seeking interesting places, offering curious families and energetic and business travellers a hybrid setup that meets their needs.
As we redefine the aparthotel experience, we remain committed to bringing people together and connecting guests to local communities through our Neighbourhood Heroes network. This initiative provides guests exclusive access to the best local amenities, enabling them to live like locals in each Native Places community.
Dedicated to sustainability, Native Places is on the path to becoming a B-Corp listed company. From recycled plastic bottle-filled pillows to carpets made from old plastic, we incorporate sustainable practices at every guest touchpoint, underscoring our commitment to the environment.
As we journey towards the continued expansion of our aparthotels and brand, we remain focused on sustainable growth and offering unique, design-led aparthotel experiences. The year ahead holds exciting prospects as we continue to create great places with great people in great areas across the UK and beyond, shaping the future of the extended stay.
