Your key responsibilities will be:
You’ll be looking after a whole range of guests (and their varied needs!) who book their stays through a mix of corporate, online and direct channels.
Everyday is different. The role plays a crucial part in the delivery of the guest experience. Ensuring the smooth running of the front of ice, ensuring revenue is maximised at all times and that service exceeds our guest expectations.
Core Skills / Competencies
A bright and clear communication style
Experience of Guest Services or Hospitality environment
Good Microsoft Office skills and ideally PMS software
Good negotiation and listening skills
Good attention to detail
Be passionate about outstanding customer service.
