Right now we are looking for our next Income Auditor to join our team in Manchester.
Due to the growth of the company we now require a full time Income Auditor to help look after this side of the business. There is also potential for growth & development for the right person.
The role of the Income Auditor will be responsible for the Norther Apart-hotel properties, namely Native Manchester, Glasgow & Edinburgh.
The Income Auditor will be responsible for assisting in the daily running of the finance department for three hotels, ensuring that all NATIVE procedures and targets are met.
Skills and Abilities:
·To fully audit and reconcile all revenues and statistics posted via PMS & EPOS systems and issue daily revenue report to management on a timely basis.
·Check and ensure appropriate backup for all allowances and rebates and ensure departmental approval.
·Ensure that the figures produced by the department are accurate, reliable and timely.
·Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports are completed and sent to Hotel Management and Corporate Office within specified deadlines.
·To ensure book-outs are accounted for correctly.
·Reconcile F&B revenue from EPOS with PMS to ensure all postings and revenue is captured.
·Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
·Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
·Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
·Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes.
·Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
The successful candidate will be:
·Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful with excellent attention to detail
·Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills with the customers and other hotel departments

·Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
